BULLYING IS BAD

Bullying can be caused by differences in race, sexuality, religion, disabilities, weight, height or anything that creates difference in people.
Bullying can happen in schools, at work, in your own home and even in your neighborhood .
Bullying someone can lead to Depression, stress and anxiety.
Bullying can also lead to physical injury, social or emotional problems and in some cases can lead to Death.
HOW CAN SOMEONE PREVENT BEING BULLIED.
1. Walk away
2. Tell someone so the bullying will stop
3. Stay calm
These are some of the methods that can be used in order to overcome bullying.
Bullying affects a person's mental health especially in children. Children are often bullied in schools by there friends maybe because of how they are, the way they dress, there body figure and many more, as parents let's observe our children and see that our children are not been bullied out there and if they are let's try by all means to stop the bullying to avoid the effects of bullying in our children.
EFFECTS OF BULLYING
1. Suicidal thoughts
2. Self isolation
3. Low self esteem
4. Depression
5. Stress
6. Anxiety
And many more.

FRIENDS
Friends are very important element in one's life.
For they give comfort when you are down.
Brings a smile on your face when you do not even have the strength to smile.
They give advice when you are confused and don't know what to do.
Life without a friend your life can be meaningless, lonely and not enjoyable.
Good friends are very important as they help us with directions, to feel comfort and gives us support.
Choose good and right friends to associate with, a person you can trust, a person you can share your problems with, a person who will support and care for you when trails arises and when you are passing through difficulties, a person who will stand by you when you are low and a person who will support your dreams and help you to achieve them. That's a friend you should keep.
