IN MEMORY OF MR. FRED MUTAMBWA
It is with profound sadness that the Management and Staff of Lusaka Health Institute announce the passing of Mr. Fred Mutambwa, who passed away this morning.

Mr. Mutambwa was a valued member of our team whose dedication, professionalism, and warm presence will be deeply missed.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew him during this difficult time.
