FROM MY EXPERIENCE IN MIDWIFERY...

An infected C-section wound is left open so that midwives and doctors clean 3times in those 3 shifts.
The patient is put on antibiotics, painkillers, and cleaning with normal saline, savlon or iodine then dress the wound with honey. All the medication is provided at no fee... Those chubby like me, they are put on Claxane everyday.
Particularly where I work from all antibiotics, cleaning stuff and painkillers are provided. I have cleaned so many infected wounds, and they get healed. A csection mother stays in the hospital for 3days then discharged. Most wounds get infected while at home, and come back to the hospital where doctors open it and after its clean, the patient is taken back to theatre for resuturing. Some patients, after opening and cleaning, it closes on its own.

Good morning Aunty B , kindly post for me .

My baby is 3 months old , he feeds alot and cries alot . So many people are telling me it's hunger that's why he cries the way he does . I personally plan on going 6 months on exclusive breast feeding but the crying is crazy .
