Breast feed your babies exclusively for 6 months.
Breast milk provides the ideal nutrition for infants, it has everything in it and a perfect mix of proteins, fats, vitamins and everything that the baby needs to grow, it is easily digested than the infant's formula.
Breast milk contain antibodies that helps the baby fight off bacterias 🦠🦠 and viruses, it also lowers the baby's risk of allergies and asthma or any other allergic reaction.
Babies who are exclusively breastfed for 6 months without any formula have fewer infection of the ears, diarrhoea infections and other respiratory illnesses
Do not not give any food to your baby for the first 6 months unless it is medically indicated💪💪💪

The following are danger signs during pregnancy
1 vaginal bleeding
2 severe abdominal pains
3 convulsions
4 severe headache with blurred vision
5 fast or shortness of breath
6 fever, swelling of the face fingers and legs
e.t.c
If the above mentioned signs occur, go to the health center/hospital and see your midwives/doctors as quickly as possible
