LOTS OF WATER
Upon rising, drink two glasses of water at room temperature with half a lemon in each glass. During the day, one should drink water between meals being careful not to drink too close to meal time. From one hour before each meal to two hours after each meal, we should not drink any water. This is because we donโt want the water to interfere with the digestive fluids. Do not drink water too hot or too cold. If the temperature of the water is too extreme, the body will have to adjust the temperature of the water in the stomach before the body can use it. This taxes the nervous system and drains the body of necessary vital force.
