President Lungu's life was marked by a steadfast dedication to public service. As a healthcare provider, we recognize the immense personal sacrifice required to lead a nation and honor his contributions to Zambia's story.

We extend our deepest and most sincere condolences to the Lungu family, his friends, and the entire nation during this period of immense grief. As a nation, let us unite in compassion and support for one another.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Let's talk about your oral hygiene today with these tips your good to go.......

1. Brushing: Brush teeth at least twice a day, in the morning and before bed, with a fluoride toothpaste.

2. Flossing: Clean between teeth once a day with floss or an interdental cleaner.

3. Rinsing: Rinse with mouthwash or water after meals and snacks.

4. Regular Dental Visits: Schedule regular check-ups and cleanings with your dentist (every 6 months or as recommended).

5. Healthy Diet: Eat a balanced diet with limited sugary and acidic foods.

6. Avoid To***co and Alcohol: Refrain from to***co and excessive alcohol consumption.

7. Clean Tongue: Gently brush or scrape your tongue to remove bacteria.

8. Monitor Gum Health: Be aware of gum bleeding, swelling, or sensitivity.

9. Avoid Biting/Harmful Habits: Refrain from biting nails, ice, or hard objects.

10. Clean Dental Appliances: Regularly clean and maintain dental appliances I like retainers or mouthguards.
