Dear Honourable Brian Kambita .

I am a proud youth born and raised in Mpidi, Zambezi District. I am respectfully appealing for empowerment support in the form of a car wash machine to help me start a small car wash business in our community.
As a young person, I am determined to work hard and become self-reliant. This opportunity will not only help me earn a living but will also contribute positively to our district and potentially create opportunities for other youths.
I believe that with your continued support towards youth empowerment, many of us can transform our lives through entrepreneurship. I humbly ask for your consideration and assistance.
Thank you, Honourable Sir.

Su***de is almost never the result of one small incident. It is usually the outcome of deep, accumulated emotional pain that has been building for a long time.

When a person attempts su***de, there are often underlying struggles involved depression, anxiety, trauma, financial pressure, substance abuse, relationship conflicts, chronic illness, or feelings of hopelessness. These issues compound over time. What may look like a minor event from the outside can simply be the final trigger for someone who was already overwhelmed internally.

Reducing such a serious matter to something like being served “little relish” oversimplifies and trivializes mental health. It shifts attention away from the real problem untreated psychological distress and risks spreading misinformation about how su***de develops.

Sensational headlines may draw clicks, but they do not educate. They can minimize the seriousness of mental health challenges and discourage meaningful conversations about prevention, warning signs, and the importance of seeking help.

Su***de prevention requires compassion, awareness, and responsible dialogue. We must approach these topics with sensitivity and understanding, not humor or exaggeration.

This is not a joke. It is a serious public health concern. Let’s handle it with the respect and care it deserves.

M - Nation đź’Ł
Functional depression is real. You still wake up and handle your responsibilities. You go to work. You show up for people. You laugh when you're supposed to.
You keep everything moving like nothing is wrong.
From the outside, you look fine. But inside, you're exhausted. You're holding everyone else together while quietly struggling to hold yourself together. You keep pushing through the day, even when your mind feels heavy and your energy feels drained. Because sometimes survival doesn't look like falling apart.
Sometimes it looks like functioning... while silently fighting battles no one else can see.

Hard Drugs & Our Youth

Many young people today are carrying silent battles.

Stress.
Rejection.
Unemployment.
Academic pressure.
Relationship disappointments.
Family struggles.

In the middle of all this, some turn to hard drugs — not because they are careless or “bad,” but because they are trying to cope. They are trying to escape pain, even if just for a moment.

Substances like he**in, co***ne, methamphetamine, and ecstasy may create temporary relief or excitement. But what feels like an escape often becomes a deeper trap.

Hard drugs do not solve problems but they multiply them.

They affect mental health, increasing anxiety, depression, and emotional instability.
They damage physical health, harming the brain, heart, liver, and other vital organs.
They affect judgment and decision-making, leading to choices that can damage relationships, education, and career opportunities.

Most importantly, they can lead to addiction ,a condition that changes how the brain works. Over time, what began as a choice becomes a dependency. The body starts to crave the substance just to feel “normal.” That is not weakness; it is how addiction works.

As a community, our role is not to judge but to support.

If a young person is struggling, they need: • Safe spaces to talk
• Mentorship and guidance
• Emotional support
• Positive peer influence
• Access to counseling and rehabilitation services

To every young person reading this,

Your stress is real.
Your pain is valid.
Your disappointments matter.

But drugs will never be the solution. They may numb the pain for a moment, but they can steal your health, your future, and your purpose.

There is always another way. There is always help. There is always hope.

Let us build a generation that chooses healing over escape, support over silence, and strength over substances.

My brother Rod Kay Official , your hard work is not wasted. Even when others don’t see the effort behind the scenes, it does not mean it isn’t real. Success in music or any pursuit is not only about big features or public recognition it is about growth, persistence, and developing your own voice.
Every successful artist has faced the same pressures. Before the big collaborations, before the large stages, there were long nights, doubts, and moments of frustration.
Do not give up simply because others do not understand your journey. Keep building, keep improving, and keep showing up. The right opportunities and connections come when preparation meets readiness.
You are not behind instead you are building.
This is the same pressure we experience as Youth Wamphavu Zambia , and like in music, it is shaping us for greater impact. 🔋🚀

As a final-year Environmental Health student, I have identified two high-demand business opportunities within and around the university premises that require an investment of K80,000 each (inclusive of registration). Total K160,000

1. Car Wash Business

With the growing number of vehicles owned by students, lecturers, and nearby residents, there is strong demand for a convenient car wash facility.

Services: Exterior and interior cleaning, engine cleaning, polishing and waxing, tyre dressing.

Key Equipment: High-pressure washer, industrial vacuum, water tank, water pump, generator, air compressor, foam machine, drainage system, cleaning chemicals, and branding materials.

This venture aligns with my Environmental Health background, ensuring proper hygiene and wastewater management.

2. Stationery, Printing & Business Support Services

There is consistent demand for printing, typing, CV writing, research formatting, graphic design, website design, and stationery sales.

Key Equipment: Computers, printers (laser & color), photocopy machine, scanner, laminating and binding machines, paper cutter, Wi-Fi router, UPS, office furniture, and branding materials.
Conclusion
Both businesses are strategically positioned within a high-demand university environment and have strong potential for sustainability, profitability, and youth employment creation.
