HOW TO MAKE HOME MADE MAYONNAISE AND SELL
Welcome to another Entrepreneurship classes, today is to learn how to make mayonnaise that is tasty and delicious, that's if people taste it, they will no longer buy mayonnaise from stores again but rush to you for more. You can also make yours at home for your entire family and sell some.
INGREDIENTS FOR ONE CUP OF MAYONNAISE
_ 2 eggs (raw)
_ One teaspoon sugar
_ A pinch of salt
_ One small lemon (juice)
_ Vegetable Oil
PROCEDURE
_ Break the egg into a blender
_ Add the lemon juice
_ Add salt and sugar
_ Blend for some minutes.
_ Add the oil little by little while blending
_ If it's light, continue adding little oil and blend
till u get the consistency you want, white, firm and smooth.
_ Blend all together until foamy and stiff.
Your homemade mayonnaise is ready
For those who don't have blender, you can put in a bowl and use a spoon and mix thoroughly but blending is the best.
_For house use store in a fridge and use within two weeks, the lemon in it act as preservative
_ For marketing go to bakery shops and buy preservative and add to it but those preservative last only for four months so make sure you sell within that range.
