A thought provoking point here.
In a traditional and conservative society such as ours, conversations about sexual and reproductive health rights are considered to be a taboo and vulgar to some degree, therefore they are not discussed in public.
Now here is the projected impact of not providing accurate and age appropriate information on SRHR to children:
1) high numbers of gender based violence
2) teen pregnancies and early marriages
3) increase of unsafe abortions
4) increase of sexually transmitted infections
5) increase in new HIV/AIDS especially among adolescents and
6) misaligned gender roles

This is a clear description of what may happen if we keep avoiding and dodging the reality in our faces.

As you are relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the week, take some time to talk to your children about sexual and reproductive health rights. Ask them what they have heard, from whom and share with them your expectations.
If you are not talking to them about it, someone else will or they will find out on their own. The problem is that you don't know whether that information is accurate, age appropriate or speaks to your values.
Let us normalize discussing Sexual Reproductive Health Rights.
