WE ARE RESPONDING!
The whole world is witnessing a disaster like never before. The unprecedented health pandemic caused by the COVID-19 has caused havoc and has unsettled everything. It has crashed economies and broken health-care systems, filled hospitals and emptied public spaces. FOURTH LINE LIMITED, through its projects, has been reaching out to 400 most vulnerable people in rural and urban areas of 2 provinces with the support of around 3 partners. The communities that we work with like small farmers, tribal, daily wage labourers, construction workers, homeless people, single women urgently need our support and solidarity. Their livelihood has been disrupted due to lockdown and their survival is threatened. Fourth line limited’ is responding. However, the magnitude of the impact is so severe that we need the support of donor agencies, Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) and individuals to reach out to as many people as possible with relief and long-term rehabilitation program. Support Us with Donations COVID-19: As you, all are aware that the whole country is going through a lockdown situation for fighting against Coronavirus Pandemic, we have closed all of our RURAL OFFICES for the safety of our rural farmers in support of Government’s decision. Meanwhile, we will keep on supporting and providing financial aid to all the farmers covered in our out-grower bee-keeping scheme project. Also, we appeal to all our volunteers and workforce to help people in need in their respective localities and share the pictures with us. We will post it on our FB page to motivate others. We understand this is a very difficult situation and the most affected ones are the people from the Mwinilunga and Kasis areas. Considering this, our North-Western provincial Center located in Ikelenge area have started distributing face masks to them. We are taking all the precautionary measures. If you come across any such families, please inform them. Till then, practice social distancing and remember this time shall pass soon. Stay home, stay safe and follow all the rules to protect your family and loved ones. We are in need of following items: face masks and hand sanitizers.
