WHAT ARE UTERINE FIBROID???
Uterine fibroids are non-cancerous tumors that grow from the muscle layers of the womb. These benign growths of smooth muscle can vary from the size of a bean to being as large as the fibroid a water melon .there are also known as leiomyomas and myomas.
WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF FIBROID???
Around 1 in 3 women with fibroids will experience symptoms.

These may include:
heavy, painful periods, also known as menorrhagia
anemia from heavy periods
lower backache or leg pain
constipation
discomfort in the lower abdomen, especially in the case of large fibroids
frequent urination
pain during in*******se, known as dyspareunia

Other possible symptoms include:
labor problems
pregnancy problems
fertility problems
repeated miscarriage
If fibroids are large, there may also be weight gain and swelling in the lower abdomen.
WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF FIBROID???
It remains unclear exactly what causes fibroids. They may be related to estrogen levels.
During the reproductive years, estrogen and progesterone levels are higher.

When estrogen levels are high, especially during pregnancy, fibroids tend to swell. They are also more likely to develop when a woman is taking birth control pills that contain estrogen.
And lastly the TYPES OF FIBROID. :
1)Intramural: This is the most common type. An intramural fibroid is embedded in the muscular wall of the womb. this type of fibroid can actually affect implantation.

2)Subserosal fibroids: These extend beyond the wall of the womb and grow within the surrounding outer uterine tissue layer. They can develop into pedunculated fibroids, where the fibroid has a stalk and can become quite large.

3)Submucosal fibroids: This type can push into the cavity of the womb. It is usually found in the muscle beneath the inner lining of the wall.

4)Cervic

WHAT IS CERVICAL CANCER?
Cervical cancer occurs when abnormal cells on the cervix grow out of control. The cervix is the lower part of the uterus that opens into the va**na. Cervical cancer can often be successfully treated when it's found early.
WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS
Abnormal cervical cell changes rarely cause symptoms. But you may have symptoms if those cell changes grow into cervical cancer. Symptoms of cervical cancer may include:

• Bleeding from the va**na that is not normal, such as bleeding between menstrual periods, after s*x, or after menopause.
• Pain in the lower belly or pelvis.
• Pain during s*x.
• Vaginal discharge that isn't normal.
WHAT CAUSES CERVICAL CANCER?
Most cervical cancer is caused by a virus called human papillomavirus, or HPV. You can get HPV by having s*xual contact with someone who has it. There are many types of the HPV virus. Not all types of HPV cause cervical cancer. Some of them cause ge***al warts, but other types may not cause any symptoms.

Most adults have been infected with HPV at some time. An infection may go away on its own. But sometimes it can cause ge***al warts or lead to cervical cancer. That's why it's important for women to have regular Pap tests.

What is infertility?
Infertility is a disease of the male or female reproductive system defined by the failure to achieve a pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular unprotected s*xual in*******se.(1)

Infertility affects millions of people of reproductive age worldwide – and has an impact on their families and communities. Estimates suggest that between 48 million couples and 186 million individuals live with infertility globally. (2, 3, 4)

In the male reproductive system, infertility is most commonly caused by problems in the ejection of semen (1), absence or low levels of s***m, or abnormal shape (morphology) and movement (motility) of the s***m.

In the female reproductive system, infertility may be caused by a range of abnormalities of the ovaries, uterus, fallopian tubes, and the endocrine system, among others.

Infertility can be primary or secondary. Primary infertility is when a pregnancy has never been achieved by a person, and secondary infertility is when at least one prior pregnancy has been achieved.

Fertility care encompasses the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Equal and equitable access to fertility care remains a challenge in most countries; particularly in low and middle-income countries. Fertility care is rarely prioritized in national universal health coverage benefit packages.

What causes infertility?

Infertility may be caused by a number of different factors, in either the male or female reproductive systems. However, it is sometimes not possible to explain the causes of infertility.

In the female reproductive system, infertility may be caused by:

tubal disorders such as blocked fallopian tubes, which are in turn caused by untreated s*xually transmitted infections (STIs) or complications of unsafe abortion, postpartum sepsis or abdominal/pelvic surgery;

uterine disorders which could be inflammatory in nature (such as such endometriosis), conge***al in nature (such as septate uterus), or benign in nature (such as fibroids);

What is a hernia?

A hernia occurs when an internal organ or other body part protrudes through the wall of muscle or tissue that normally contains it. Most hernias occur within the abdominal cavity, between the chest and the hips.

The most common forms of hernia are:

Inguinal hernia: In men, the inguinal canal is a passageway for the s***matic cord and blood vessels leading to the testicles. In women, the inguinal canal contains the round ligament that gives support for the womb. In an inguinal hernia, fatty tissue or a part of the intestine pokes into the groin at the top of the inner thigh. This is the most common type of hernia, and affects men more often than women.

Femoral hernia: Fatty tissue or part of the intestine protrudes into the groin at the top of the inner thigh. Femoral hernias are much less common than inguinal hernias and mainly affect older women.

Umbilical hernia: Fatty tissue or part of the intestine pushes through the abdomen near the navel (belly button).

Hiatal (hiatus) hernia: Part of the stomach pushes up into the chest cavity through an opening in the diaphragm (the horizontal sheet of muscle that separates the chest from the abdomen).

Other types of hernias include:

Incisional hernia: Tissue protrudes through the site of an abdominal scar from a remote abdominal or pelvic operation.

Epigastric hernia: Fatty tissue protrudes through the abdominal area between the navel and lower part of the sternum (breastbone).

Spigelian hernia: The intestine pushes through the abdomen at the side of the abdominal muscle, below the navel.

Diaphragmatic hernia: Organs in the abdomen move into the chest through an opening in the diaphragm.

How common are hernias?

Of all hernias that occur:

75 to 80% are inguinal or femoral.

2% are incisional or ventral.

▪️Absent or irregular periods.
▪️Spotting between periods.
▪️Heavy or painful periods.
▪️Increased hair growth on the face, neck, chest, and back.
▪️Unexplained weight gain.
▪️Constipation and diarrhea.
MEN MAY EXPERIENCE:

▪️Erectile dysfunction.
▪️Low s***m count.
▪️Reduced body hair growth.
▪️Breast tenderness and overdevelopment of breast tissue.
▪️Thinning hair or male pattern hair loss.

CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
(HEART CONDITIONS)
Heart conditions that include diseased blood vessels, structural problems and blood clots, below are a few of them:
failure
of the artery
or blocked arteries
or irregular heartbeat
,the heart seems to pound
,the heart beating very fast even at rest
,the heart beating too slow even after exercise
beats(ectopic beats) longer rests between some beats than others
diseases-problems in the heart valves
-occurring when the heart fails to function properly
-the heart failing to function properly and it enlarges(cardiac hypertrophy)
heart failure ,chronic condition resulting in the accumulation of fluids in the heart producing swelling in the feet and ankles(edema)
arrest ,occurring when the heart stops beating because fresh blood is no longer reaching the brain
,an infection in the heart muscle sometimes due to rheumatic fever
,an infection of the endocardium, the sac like membrane which surrounds the heart.

TOPIC: ASTHMA
What is Asthma?
Asthma is a long-term disease of the lungs. It causes your airways to get irritated and narrow and makes breathing very difficult. Asthma is a serious and dangerous disease that affects milliins of people.
SYMPTOMS.
Coughing, wheezing (noisy breathing), shortness of breath, and chest tightness are classic asthma symptoms. When it is severe, asthma can make it hard to talk or be active.

We rank the severity of asthma by its symptoms:
1. MILD ASTHMA.
Mild symptoms less than twice a week. Nighttime symptoms less than twice a month. Few asthma attacks.
2. MILD PERSISTENT ASTHMA.
Symptoms three to six times a week. Nighttime symptoms three to four times a month. Asthma attacks might affect activities.
3. MODERATE PERSISTENT ASTHMA. Symptoms three to six times a week. Nighttime symptoms three to four times a month. Asthma attacks might affect activities.
4. SEVERE PERSISTENT ASTHMA
You have ongoing symptoms both day and night. They’re so frequent that you have to limit your activities.
COMMON asthma triggers include:

1. Infections like sinusitis, colds, and flu.
2. Allergens such as pollens, mold, pet dander, and dust mites.
3. Irritants like strong odors from perfumes or cleaning solutions
4. Air pollution
5. To***co smoke
6. Exercise
7. Cold air or changes to the weather, such as changes in temperature or humidity

CAUSES OF LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

Blood pressure is determined by the amount of blood the heart pumps and the amount of resistance to blood flow in the arteries. A blood pressure measurement is given in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It has two numbers:

Systolic pressure. The first (upper) number is the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats.

Diastolic pressure. The second (bottom) number is the pressure in the arteries when the heart rests between beats.

The American Heart Association categorizes ideal blood pressure as normal. An ideal blood pressure is usually lower than 120/80 mm Hg.

Blood pressure varies throughout the day, depending on:

Body position

Breathing

Food and drink

Medications

Physical condition

Stress

Time of day
