Let's talk about trauma, what is TRAUMA? 🤔
most of the time this word is misunderstood and misused, TRAUMA is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience. Have you ever experienced Trauma? How did you face it, and heal from it?
We are all born cute, innocent and happy full of life, but then as we grow, society changes us and how we look at things, we are taught how to think, feel and react to certain situations. As we grow we meet different kinds of people, some hurt us, some build us and some use us, all this shapes you into the person you grow up to be, which brings me to this point ->you may have gone through a deeply distressing or disturbing experience "TRAUMA " and you had nobody to talk to at that point, which led you to being isolated, distrustful, suicidal, The world appeared to be a cruel place and now you are Angry, full of hatred, bitter and unresponsive to emotions, this actually breaks my heart to hear people proudly say I DON'T HAVE Feelings, actually you do have feelings and deep down you are sad, lonely and unhappy screaming for help! You need to heal, find that happy child inside, let it out, accept what happened to you or your loved one, always remember that it's not your fault, it never was and it never will be, it all happened for a reason, it was a part of the journey in life, and you had no control over it, somethings happen and we just don't know why but our reaction is a choice. It's time to confront your demon's, face them and heal from that Trauma, let that happy inner child you have locked up inside out! It's time to be alive and happy ❤️❤️❤️❤️
