SELF AWARENESS
-Self-awareness is knowledge and understanding of oneself which include Strengths and weaknesses

*Self-awareness is important for all counsellor practitioners because you can only provide Good Counseling if you know yourself better first!

*FEELINGS
-It is not rocket science that we're alive to the extent that we are capable of experiencing a variety of feelings.
-All feelings are natural and neutral and there is nothing bad about them
-They can be pleasant or unpleasant
*The outcome of certain feelings can be helpful or harmful, depending on how we deal with them.
For example, dealing with anger.

Therefore we need to:
-Identify our feelings
-Know the feelings
-Name it
-Claim it
-Tame it
-Aim it
-Don't ASSUME!

Feelings are supposed to be delt with each time they come in a positive way. When feelings are not attended ADEQUATELY or IMMEDIATELY, they become UNFINISHED BUSINESS!
