Its very sad that many Regimes came and gone with fake promises on the people of Western Province,My heart bleeds for my beloved LΓ nd.It was on this very bear land of kasima area,still bear since the PF regime lied to the people of Mongu about an ultra international modern stadium and a University in Namushekende of Mongu District.These 2 big projects were even launched by the head of state but to no avail ,everything became a mess of pottage like the story of beans for a political mileage. This morning I took a straw along Mongu -lusaka Road and all I had were a number of unanswered questions running through my mind and the few questions still lingers on my mind endless question that needs the right answers
Q1.Why are the people of Western province being subjected to this treatment by the past regimes to deserve this treΓ tment?
Q2.Where are the funds for the construction of the stadium and the New Lewanika university taken to since the projects were launched to the public?
With these few questions in mind,I only pray that the President,His Execellency Dr Hikainde Hichileme our Father of this Great Nation to atleast think of rejuvenating these 2 projects for the people of Barotseland .I have Hope in our President that he can turn things around the clock and make a different for Barotseland which was sidelined and forsaken by previous regimes,THE PEOPLE OF MONGU ARE STILL IN NEED OF THE STADIUM AND LEWANIKA UNIVERSITY if given a chance.
