This month, we celebrate and recognise Brian, one of our Baristas, whose passion for coffee and people shines through every day. Known for making the best brews, he’s also our star salesman - always encouraging guests to discover new pairings to enjoy with their coffee. Friendly, engaging, and full of energy, he’s a familiar face to our regulars and never misses the chance to make a great impression on newcomers!

We also celebrate Agripa, our in-house engineer and handyman, whose dedication and expertise ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From keeping our facility in top condition to swiftly resolving challenges, his skills and professionalism are the backbone of our guest comfort and satisfaction.
