TheSummit, Farmers’ Choice Awards and Expo Africa, organized by Lumbani Chilenga, created a powerful platform to bridge agriculture and health. It wasn’t just about recognizing excellence in food production, it was about reinforcing how good health practices directly impact food safety, productivity, and community wellbeing.
Our team had the chance to engage with students from Natural Resources Development College, addressing real health concerns and promoting preventive care among future food producers. Because let’s be real, healthy producers mean healthier communities.
The event brought together delegates from across Africa, including Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and Algeria, making it a true regional exchange of knowledge and innovation.
We were also proud to stand alongside key industry players such as Zambia Development Agency, Patents and Companies Registration Agency, Food Reserve Agency, Zambia Bureau of Standards, Zanaco, and MTN, Vision CareFund, National Tested food, Dripping, New Horizon, Sun King, Mayfair Insurance, Rainbow, Syngenta, Richmond Farms, Nitrogen, Zanaco, SEC and MTN among others, in supporting this impactful initiative.
Moments like this remind us, healthcare doesn’t sit in isolation. It connects with every sector, especially those feeding the nation.
