My perspective is that civilization has led to consumption of "alleged food" (ice cream, cakes, sugar,carbonated drinks a.k.a soft drinks ,excessive alcohol etc) and we are forgeting that our bodies need vitamines and minerals from real food to function well.We are ready to pay money for weight loss program but we dont want to change our eating habits and inactive lifestyle.

Are nutritious nuts high in protein,contains oleic acid good for your heart,has anti-cancer effect, rich in B vitamins good for your brain and memory.
However,peanuts are highly susceptible to fungi Aspergillus which produces aflatoxin.Aflatoxin is poisonous chemical which causes cancer of the liver and stomach.Additionally aflatoxin slows growth in children leading to stunting.Furthermore, aflatoxin reduces ones immunity making one susceptible to infection.

Fat, oil and waxes.Fat is a solid at room temperature and is from animals.Oils are liquids at room temperature and are plant based together with waxes though they are solids.
The food industry alter chemical structure of oils to change its physical property and come up with a product of choice such as shortenings, lard and margerines.
The processs include hydrogenation,interesterification,isomerization.
The result is change in physical properties of oil, one of them is melting point. The change is brought about by any of the following.
1.change in configuration of structure from alpha, to beta and beta'.
2.Double bonds converted to single bonds or saturation.
3.A short chain converted into a long chain.
4.Cis configuration changed to trans (location of hydrogen atoms in structure changed).
All these result in increase in melting point of a fat and can range from 100-300 degrees celcius.The melting range is called 'plastic range' and it differs among products.
Additionally, emulsifiers are used to enable oil mix with water to come up with a fat of desired consistency (common knowledge oil and water don't mix).Emulsifiers also have an effect on increasing melting point of oil.
This is how we have butter, lard margerines with wide range of uses such as baking and confectioneries.
Therefore, it's very normal for blue band not to melt in water, that is how the product was manufactured, to withstand high temperatures.

ALCOHOL & KIDNEY STONES
They are very painful, usually require surgery as solution.
Kidney stones get formed as result of concentration of minerals such as calcium, oxalate, phosphorous, struvite and uric acid from food we eat.Concentration of these minerals and acid is brought about by DEHYDRATION.
So how does alcohol affect formation of kidney stones?
To start with,ALCOHOL is a DIURETIC.It encourages passing of urine.This function helps in excretion of these excess minerals through urine before they concentrate into stones.
However, when alcohol is taken in excess, makes a person to pass a lot of urine consequently lose of body water leading to dehydration.Note that dehydration is the reason you have that 'hangover headache' in morning after a good nite out.The 2013 Lancet studies indicate that moderate drinking especially red wine reduces risk of kidney stones by 28% while excessive drinking increases risk by 32%.
