Farewell Fairview Staff and Clients

As my eight year-long medical practice in Zambia comes to an end, and as I venture into a new territory of the medical field, I feel obliged to reflect on my time in Zambia and the thousands of people who passed through my care directly or indirectly.

First and foremost, Zambia has been a great place to live and work for me and my family. All my three children were born here so we felt really at home. Lovely weather, peaceful country and exceptionally hospitable people. I must thank the government of Zambia and Zambians at large for providing a welcoming home for me and my family. For this, I will forever be grateful.

To all my patients over the years who hail from every corner of this great nation, from Kasama to Livingstone, from Chipata to Solwezi and beyond, especially those from within Lusaka, I say it has been a huge honor and privilege to have cared for you all. I want you know that you have touched my life as much as I have yours. We have been through a lot together both in moments of healing and moments of grief, especially the COVID pandemic that changed our lives forever.

I leave you with a heavy heart and wish you all good health in the future. You, indeed, have a blessed country with abundance of natural resources which makes it a prime destination for investors and professionals like me. Cherish these rare blessings.

Finally, Zambia and the Zambian people will remain a part of me forever.

NEW POLIO DETECTED
FREE POLIO VACCINATION

Greetings to all our esteemed clients and the general public, we would like to inform you that starting from today 9th November 2023 till Sunday 12th November 2023 we will be having the Polio vaccination campaign.

This is due to the new variant/ strain of polio that has been detected by the ministry of Health. Please be informed that the vaccination will be taking place at our premises for free regardless of your last vaccine.

All children aged 8 years and below are advised to be brought through.

Kindly not that a repeat of the same vaccines with an addition of BCG and Measles vaccine will be given on the 6th September from 8hrs till 13hrs.
