Men often hide their mental health status due to a combination of societal, personal and cultural factors. Traditional masculinity norms that emphasize strength and self-reliance can make it difficult for men to openly discuss their mental health struggles. The fear of being judged, ridiculed, or perceived as weak also plays a significant role in their reluctance to share their mental health concerns. some men prefer to keep their personal struggles private, fearing that others might not understand or might react negatively. Discomfort with emotional expression and the fear of being perceived as vulnerable can also contribute to their hesitation.

STAY HYDRATED, STAY HAPPY!
Did you know that hydration is especially important for autistic individuals? Sensory sensitivities, communication challenges, and behavioral traits can make it harder for them to stay hydrated. But with a little support and creativity, we can make hydration fun and accessible!

Tips for Caregivers:
- Offer a variety of fluids, like water, juice, and other hydrating drinks
- Encourage regular drinking throughout the day
- Use visual aids or schedules to track fluid intake
- Provide access to preferred drinks and flavors
- Monitor for signs of dehydration, like headaches or fatigue
Let's prioritize hydration and support the well-being of autistic individuals!
