2.Try to avoid avoid caffeine beverages such as coffee, tea, cola, carbonated drinks and alcohol.
3. Quit smoking.
4.Avoid highly spiced foods.

GUAVAS ARE DIABETES -FRIENDLY.

Guavas are rich in fibre or roughage and have low glycaemic index, guavas prevent the development of diabetes. While the low glycemic index inhibits a sudden spike in sugar levels, the fibre content ensures the sugar levels are well regulated.
