Have you been throwing away POTATO peels.... Don't anymore.

1. Soak them in cold water overnight and thereafter

2. Add salt, a pinch of sugar and lemon juice.

3. Then leave the mixture under hot sun for 6 hours for the water to evaporate. After the water has evaporated.

Wrap the peels in a black polythene bag and wait for 10 minutes before carefully throwing them in a dustbin coz I don't know what you are trying to prepare mwikapenya 😂😂😂😂

ON ALCOHOL AND S*X

“Alcohol improves s*x drive” is one of the very common myths.

Shakespeare even once wrote that alcohol brings about desire , but takes away the performance.

The truth is alcohol in small doses is indeed an ‘unnecessary’ stimulant but as it becomes excessive in the body it actually becomes a depressant.

Alcohol in large doses tends to cut off the brains inhibiting effect on the rest of the body. Coordination becomes increasingly difficult.

That's why a drunken person cannot walk straight without falling.

Long term use of alcohol will finally affect your stomach causing ‘ka pot belly’, ulcers, damage the kidneys, liver and pancreas.

Sudden increased doses can lead to death through heart failure.

S*x drive and performance actually drastically drops.
