At the Civic Chamber of Youth Diplomacy and Community Development (CCoYD), we believe diplomacy is not reserved for embassies and boardrooms. It begins in classrooms, communities, and conversations. It’s the art of listening, negotiating, and building bridges—skills every young person can master.
