It's been a minute
We are open.
Having been closed for 2 weeks we are finally open. After the Christmas holidays we decided to fix our ceiling which was beginning to sag.
Not an easy task as we had to remove all the shop furniture and stock to take the ceiling down and replace it. Then aftermath came the cleaning and setting up.
Prior to that we only had outside sitting which made it somewhat of challenge when it came to serving especially during rainy days or when it was cold. I am am happy to announce our latest addition of a coffee lounge. It's not big but cozy and will serve the purpose.

After what has been a while we are back, up and running again.Our cafe is nestled in Ilanda at plants4U in a beautiful lush garden shaded by large trees and boasts of some delicious cakes and pastries which are a flavour in full bloom.
Our opening hours for the Cafe are Wednesdays to Saturdays 9am to 3pm.

I am In Hong Kong for a couple of days. I thought I share some of my experiences especially the amazing plant markets that I see. I was very happy to see our national flower the flame lily at one of the plant shops. Being a plant person means that I learn new ideas and skills at every given opportunity to bring back home to the plant community. The visit yesterday to the plant market was a very overwhelming experience. With so much to see it makes it difficult to absorb everything lol. I really can't put to words how amazing all the plants where. Please stay tunned If you are interested in my plant journey as we see what we can find. Beacause of the time difference some times of posting might be a bit odd so please bear with me, I will however try though to post at the right times.Wishing you a pleasant morning while we transition into the afternoon.
