*Calming Techniques:*

1. Deep Breathing: Slow, deliberate breaths in through your nose, out through your mouth.
2. Progressive Muscle Relaxation: Tense and release each muscle group.
3. Mindfulness Meditation: Focus on the present moment.

*Self-Care:*

1. Hydrate: Drink water or herbal tea.
2. Warm Bath or Shower: Relaxing and calming.
3. Comforting Activities: Reading, listening to soothing music, or yoga.

*Grounding Techniques:*

1. 5-4-3-2-1 Exercise: Focus on your surroundings.
- 5 things you see
- 4 things you touch
- 3 things you hear
- 2 things you smell
- 1 thing you taste
2. Mindful Walking: Pay attention to your steps.

*Reach Out:*

1. Call a trusted friend or family member.
