The Medical Aid Society of Central Africa (MASCA) is a corporate body established under Statutory Instrument 330 of the Medical Services (Medical Aid Societies) Regulations of 2000. MASCA was founded over 78 years ago by a group of companies seeking to meet the medical needs of their employees. They established a contributory pool, where staff members would make monthly contributions and access me
dical assistance as needed. Over time, this initiative grew into a national fund, and today MASCA members are located throughout the country. The Society has cultivated strong relationships with a wide network of healthcare service providers across all disciplines—from General Practitioners to Private Hospitals. These partnerships ensure that MASCA medical aid cards are widely accepted with ease and minimal inconvenience.
