Misusing or abusing psychoactive substances drinking alcohol,Smoking to***co or ma*****na or other substances Heroine, benzodiazepines , co***ne and etc are not relieving factors to our daily challenges instead are aggravating factors to our challenges nowander we don't succeed or progress in life cause our daily expenses on those substances it even exceeded the family budget which results into debts in order to balance the monthly equation

Please let us abstain from substances abuse Alcohol and smoking either ma*****na or to***co they predispose us to COVID 19 cause smoking it affect the respiratory system and COVID 19 also affect the respiratory system so all the smoker and those who drink alcohol are at high risk of been infected with COVID 19 also are at high risk of developing some complications pneumonia and severe acute respiratory syndrome SARS) within short period of time cause they also suppress immune system of the body.

Substance misuse is the state of abusing or excessively intake of substance which alter the physical,mental, physiological and spiritual of human being means that they distort the functional of the body. These are :
