A little reminder for the festive season 🎄

Remember that Christmas is just one day, but life continues long after the wrapping paper is thrown away. Please don’t feel pressured to buy expensive clothes or food that doesn't fit your budget. Financial stress in January isn't worth the short-term fun in December.

Real bills like school fees, won't care about how great the holiday braai was. Stay true to yourself, spend within your means, and prioritize your safety. Let’s all make it into the new year healthy and debt-free.

• Budget wisely: Don't run around like a headless chicken or a confused coachroach next month/s.

• Stay safe: Don't lose your character or life for a season.

• Show some love: Check on your family, friends, strangers and those around you.

• Celebrate responsibly: No to drugs, and absolutely no drinking and driving. 🚫🍺🚗, mind what you eat.

• Drive to stay alive.
