Ladies - listen up!

Women are not born to be perfect! Women are born to be real! To embrace their authenticity.

When you embrace who you are - you create authenticity. And there is no other energetic connection in the world that is stronger or greater than that.

For years I played small and insignificant. Shadowed and invalidated by those around me.

For years I faked it and yet broken on the inside

But it wasn't those around me that did this!!! I did that to myself! Can you freaking handle.

When you have no ability to see who you are on the inside - like really see exactly who you are from the gentle nurturer to the bat s**t crazy - you have no ability to be authentic.

I told myself I wasn't worthy because I didn't know who I was. I told myself I wasn't beautiful because I couldn't find my beauty. And the energy I put out there just added to that invalidation. Who the duck could people connect to me if I couldn't connect to myself. I was showing up as a fraud and they could feel it.

The day I unlocked, activated and ignited the energetic science behind who I was born to be, is the exact day I no longer felt worthless. I claimed who I was.

You are worthy of knowing who you are. You are worthy of being authentic. You are worthy of showing those around you that you are freaking amazing!

It's not just a feeling. There's an energetic science behind it all. In order to be who you are you need to activate parts of your soul and parts of you life that have been lying dormant for years. You need to do that so you too can walk in the freedom of your authenticity!

You need to exactly who you are born to be - AUTHENTIC!

Our limitations are not there to steer us in the other direction or cause us to give up.

Its is only by realising our limitations that we are able to gauge what it takes to push beyond them

It is with this acknowledgement that we can create the resources to move forward.

With every obstacle we overcome we achieve our greatness. For it is the great that fought the fight.

We too have pushed beyond our limitations to create and live our best lives. It is possible.

When you understand the power behind the decisions you make and the energy you bring when making those decisions - it is then that you understand the importance of what SOUL DNA SUIT you are wearing.

When your suit is in alignment with your purpose and you have taken the step to show up - you are actively igniting your own magic to allow for the endless possibilities that are before you.

You cannot walk into a room knowing that you are inferior or with all your insecurities holding you back. We all have insecurities but that part of our human self right. Our SOUL self is pure and real and has power. So walk into a room knowing who you are born to be in your soul and watch what happens next. Have you ever heard the saying “The only way to get to where you are going - is to go through it?

I thought about this alot and it resonated with my soul that if I am a being, born with all the ingredients needed to live my soul-based life and fulfil my purpose, then all I have to do is shine my light.

To take it a step further I realised that it was in getting to know myself that I would know my way forward. As it was in my being that the blueprint of my life was drawn.

I know that’s a lot to digest. But it really has helped me so much to understand that there is a purpose in me being here today.

There were times when I remember being a total mess. Nothing to show for, no way in sight.
One thing I did know for sure was that I was absolutely worthy of love. I was worthy of creating my dream life of abundance. I knew I was destined for greatness.
This gave me the strength to heal, the faith to go on, the heart to expand and grow.
All I had to do was show up, and day by day the masterpiece was created. My commitment to showing up again and again allowed the universal magic to flow within!

Sometimes it takes so much more than we realise to actually dig deep enough within us to show up in a way that benefits us.

We underestimate what we are capable of though and it is as though we have been programmed to only go so far and not any further.

And so the next time you don’t feel worthy or capable of showing up or digging any deeper than where you are at - I want you to push that little bit further and deeper and try reach the depths of your core.

This has never failed you and I can promise you it will not fail today. You are worthy of living in alignment with who you are born to be.
