I am a man who has been married for 13 years ,I have 2 kids with my wife whom I have been faithful to . Mumba medu maita problem hatina kusangana pa bonde kana kuti handisi kudya bota for over 10months . My wife has two excuses she either says ndakaneta or I'm on my period it went on for some months kusvika ndisisakumbire . I got worried and wanted to find out kuti what could have caused this. Ndakawona Munhu Wangu ane Munhu wake . She is dating her divorced ex from high school and they were even talking of getting rid of me and also having a child together . Ndakazama kutaura nemukadzi Wangu kuti maybe tigadzirisane but instead she started fighting me akandiruma akatozomiswa nevanhu vemumaraini because I didn't want to fight her back. I have been providing for my family and doing the best I can but wandinoda andiramba. I have since moved out of our matrimonial home I'm now with my parents trying to clear my mind , I'm depressed and I don't know what to do my head is spinning please help.

Hello everyone and welcome to our page MURUME MUNHUWO where we discuss different issues affecting men's mental health in our society

This page is open for everyone that is both man and women to bring about an understanding of what affects men, the things they are emotional about, self-esteem, mental health and their views about life in general.

We hope men will come out in their numbers and not shy away from this opportunity to create a new environment for them where they feel safe to talk about anything without being labeled as weak.

The aim of this page is to motivate men to talk and to educate everyone about mental health. In our society as people of colour men were raised not to have emotions, not to be depressed and so on but this has led to high rates of su***de and broken men. Do invite people to like and follow the page and help us create a safe environment that is non-judgemental 😊
