Matt.25.21 His lord said to him, "Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord." (NKJV)
Pictured is me, congratulating Sikandar Raza on his exceptional performance at the 2nd edition of the AfroT10 tournament in Harare in September this year.
As part of my work with sports teams, I get to witness firsthand the fruits of our labor behind the scenes.
Watching games alongside fellow technical department members is always exhilarating, especially after putting in the hard work to prepare players for optimal performance. It's a moment of truth – will our efforts pay off?
This experience reminds me of our relationship with God. Just as we provide players with everything they need to succeed, God equips us with life's essentials: oxygen, health, protection, and provision.
Now, it's our turn to deliver. Just as players are expected to perform well on the field, God expects us to live a life that glorifies Him. Are we giving God a performance worth watching, or are we falling short?
Let's strive to make our lives a testament to God's greatness.
