You Are Not Alone❤️ We all battle with different forms of addiction at some point in life.
Some are serious, some seem petty.
Some are visible, others are hidden — and those are often the most dangerous, because there’s no urgency to confront them.

Addiction doesn’t only look like drugs or alcohol.
It can be pica (eating non-food items like chalk, charcoal, or soil), s*x, ci******es, ho**ah, or sh**ha.
It can also be food — chips, Coke, chocolate, sweets — or even makeup, lashes, shopping, sport, social media, love, or attention, when you reach a point where you can’t function without them.

If you don’t feel adequate without it,
if life feels unmanageable when you don’t have it,
and especially if you know it harms you — that’s addiction.

No matter the type, it’s time to take your power back.
It won’t be easy, but do whatever it takes.

And if it’s something you enjoy or share with others, encourage them to quit too — and pray they find the strength to do so.
Because healing is hard when what you’re trying to leave keeps pulling you back.

Your Freedom Is Worth The Fight. ❤️🙏🏽

Discipline doesn’t start with big, dramatic changes.
It starts with the small, easy habits: drinking a cup of warm water every morning, snacking on fruit, sleeping by 10pm, taking the stairs instead of the elevator… and doing it every day.
One small habit leads to another, and over time, they build a lifestyle that brings real results.

The best part? When you are consistent with several healthy habits, missing one won’t throw you off — the others keep you on track.
That’s very different from trying to lose weight by walking alone. Skip your walk, and without other supporting habits, the progress disappears.

Start small. Stay consistent. Let discipline compound.
That’s how real, sustainable transformation happens.

On your fitness journey, learn to listen to your body. There are days you want to push harder, but all your body is really asking for is rest. Most times it’s not laziness or backsliding, it’s just exhaustion. Remember, rest doesn’t stop your progress, it restores you. And if there’s something deeper behind your struggle, take time to process it, fix it, and then rise again.❤️💪🏽✨

Some dreams were planted in us by the times we lived through.
Others grew from who we truly are.
Wellness is learning which ones to water and which ones to release.
Some dreams were never meant to bloom, but they still taught us how to grow. ❤️

It’s time to unlearn what doesn’t serve your wellness.❤️Growth isn’t just about learning new habits, it’s also about unlearning old ones.

Here are a few I’ve had to unlearn along the way 👇🏾

🍽️ You don’t have to clear your plate — listen to your body, not the plate.
🥤 Unless it’s water, you don’t have to fill your glass. Drink to quench your thirst, not to indulge the moment (hidden calories count too 😅).
🚶🏾‍♀️ You don’t always have to stay and “be strong” in situations that cripple you, sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is walk away.

What’s one thing you’ve had to unlearn on your wellness journey? 🌿
