sure my baby was too ....bt on sunday this past sunday like 6days ago i decided to finaly give nyatsie cream a try after seeing more reviews and i am glad i did its just a week and u know what, i went to buy another satchet today just to make sure i dont run out. Dearest friend, I have learnt that “Dai ndirini ndakadai”
is one of the most unkind things we say without realising it.

It sounds harmless.
It sounds confident.
It even sounds wise.
But it often carries judgement hidden beneath the words.

Because here is the truth we forget:
we do not all live inside the same body.
We do not all carry the same childhood.
We do not all share the same fears, the same wounds, the same triggers,
or the same nervous system capacity.

What feels easy for you might feel terrifying for someone else.
What you survived with strength, another survived with silence.
What you brushed off, someone else is still healing from.

So before we say,
“If it were me, I would have…”
let us remember that it was not you.
It was them.
And they responded from the story their life has written on their skin.

Compassion is not agreeing.
Compassion is understanding that we are shaped differently.
We bend differently.
We break differently.
We recover differently.

The goal is never to judge another woman’s survival.
The goal is to soften, to understand, and to honour the truth
that every heart carries a history you cannot see.

This reflection is from my upcoming book,
Mambokadzi, herbs faith and love.
A home for every woman who deserves grace while she learns, grows, and heals.

Most of the time we want someone to change because we believe it will help them.
But for this moment, let us turn inward.
Let us ask the question we are often afraid to ask.

“If they change, what I get is…”
Sit with that.
What would their change give you?

Relief?
Validation?
Finally being understood?
Being seen in the ways you’ve been aching for?
A softer dynamic?
