A "Sweet" Valentine's Day can lead to a "Sour" Toothache!
We are one week out from Valentine’s Day, and while the chocolates might be almost gone, the sugar might still be sticking around!
Cavities are silent troublemakers, often, by the time you feel the pain, the decay has already moved deep into the tooth.
Our Dental Expert Tip for Today:
Don't brush your teeth immediately after eating sugary or acidic foods! It sounds counter-intuitive, right? But sugar and acid temporarily soften your enamel. Brushing right away can actually scrub away that protective layer.
Wait 30 minutes, rinse with water first, and then brush to keep your teeth strong and cavity-free!
