I respect a gentleman who come with his wife for STI treatment, that's responsibility. But I have issues with a man keeps coming with wife for STI treatment, that's carelessness.

Feminine wash is not necessary & has no medical benefit.

Va**na & v***a(outer ge****ls) is fine by itself, & assaulting it with soaps, perfumes, creams, and gels is likely to cause more harm than good - increased risk of infections etc.

If you are worried about a change in your va**nal odor go to hospital. A fishy odor often signals infection.

The va**na is a self-cleaning organ that does not require any cleaning products at all

Cleaning the v***a should be a part of your daily hygiene routine and warm water is all you need to adequately clean it.

The rate at which people are dying in our roads is very worrisome and concerning. I think most of these deaths are avoidable.

Whilst the roads are being widened, dualised and improved, for now will this not help?

1)Up the acadenic requirements for public transport drivers as a general measure for rational thinking, 5 Os isn't a bad idea for someone entrusted with people's lives. The qualification of whindi to combi driver maybe eventually to bus driver isn't working.
2) Up the age to 30
3)Instill discipline in public transport drivers in whatever way possible
4) Enforce use of speed limiters
5) Have numbers that customers can report bad driving be displayed in every public transport
6) Ban night driving for public transport and trucks
7)The offenders e.g overtaking on white continuous line, driving against traffic (oncoming way) must be severely punished, revocation of license could be the only language the current public transport drivers understand.

Did you know: With the current HIV treatment( taken once a day) in Africa, it's so effective that within 1 to 6 months, almost all patients would have suppressed amount of HIV in their blood to undetectable levels. (All patients i have introduced and followed, it's within weeks actually).

Translating to:
βœ… living normal healthy life.
βœ…no risk of transmitting HIV to the next person even through unprotected s*x.
βœ…reducing chances of transmitting HIV to your baby, if pregnant to less than 1%, technically zero
It also obviously means, one quickest way to end HIV in Africa, i.e ending HIV within our generation, is when those living with HIV take this medication religiously.

HIV medication is free in many African countries, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Nigeria, Botswana etc. Seize the opportunity, hope restored, days of procrastination and denial- long gone.
