Lancet Clinical Laboratories Zimbabwe would like to express our condolences on the passing of Dr. Nelson Okwanga. He was a Specialist Physician.

Dr Okwanga graduated with a Medical Degree in 1974 at the University of Manchester.

Came back to Zimbabwe in 1983 where he worked at Sally Mugabe Central Hospital .

He opened his private surgery in 2012 at Westend Clinic where his relationship with Lancet Laboratory solidified, he referred most of his patients to Lancet Laboratory for excellent diagnostic services.

Dr Okwanga’s dedication to his profession, his intergity and passion superceded his practice.

He will be missed not only by Lancet Laboratory team but his staff and patients too.

Again we extend our deepest condolences to his family, patients and loved ones during this period of mourning.
