Marketing Graduate Traineeship Program
We are inviting dynamic and creative graduates to join our two year traineeship program. This program is designed to develop high potential marketers through hands on experience, professional mentorship and exposure to real business challenges. The trainee will gain practical experience across marketing campaigns, market research and brand management, mentorship from seasoned marketing professionals and opportunities for career progression within the organisation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field with class 2.1 or better
Minimum 2 years post - college experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Self -motivated, results-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
Empathy and compassion
