Here’s the second installment. It’s a little more challenging in terms of strength and balance and a little longer than the last class. Warrior A, B and C are introduced as is Eagle pose, Garudasana, a balance pose. As always, be careful, listen to your body, stop when you need to and explore more if you’d like to. Enjoy!
