Here’s the second installment. It’s a little more challenging in terms of strength and balance and a little longer than the last class. Warrior A, B and C are introduced as is Eagle pose, Garudasana, a balance pose. As always, be careful, listen to your body, stop when you need to and explore more if you’d like to. Enjoy!

As Zimbabwe's lockdown for 21 days begins, I thought I'd share a short, introductory practice with those who'd like to do a little movement while at home. All you need is some comfortable clothing to move in, a bit of space and a flat surface to practice on. Listen to your body, do what is accessible and available to you. Back off when it's too much. Go deeper if you'd like more. Feel free to send in any questions that you may have. I don't always have wifi so I'll respond when I can. Be safe and enjoy!
