This workshop programme is aimed at increasing the capacity of participants by helping them to be effective in discovering and exploiting their natural potentials, develop self-belief, update existing skills, acquire new skills and develop confidence which will enable them to get back to gainful employment or engage in self-employment. The workshop will be organised in sessions comprising of specific topics with expected outcomes.
