Zvakaipei kutaura dzehutano pamunowungana muchinamata.

It is commendable when churches take a proactive stance against diabetes. I had the privilege to speak about diabetes at a Reformed Church in Zimbabwe Men's Conference in Kuwadzana.

By speaking out about diabetes prevention, management, and support, you are helping to create healthier communities. Your efforts will save lives, empower individuals, and glorify God.

The effects of uncontrolled diabetes on your heart!

Diabetes and heart disease are closely linked, as high blood glucose levels can damage blood vessels and the nerves that control the heart. Diabetes increases the risk of heart disease, and people with diabetes are more likely to develop heart disease at a younger age than those without diabetes. Factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, obesity, and family history contribute to this increased risk. Managing through lifestyle changes and medication can help reduce the risk of heart disease.

Early detection saves lives! Get checked today.
