If nothing in your life is dying, then nothing new can be born. Growth requires killing and burying certainty, comfort, and familiar versions of oneself.
*Navigating the "Underground" Phase:*
Feeling disoriented or like you no longer fit your old life means you are "underground"
Please be warned that this is a dangerous moment where many panic and retreat to their "default mode," which cancels their future development.
