Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily maize milling, packaging and quality control operations
- Manage grain intake, sourcing, and farm production for consistent raw material supply
- Supervise mill operators,farm workers, sales and maintainance teams
- Implement preventive maintenance and ensure machinery uptime
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards ( SAZ, AMA,EMA,MOHCC compliance)
- Prepare production, farm yield, and efficiency reports for management


Qualifications
Diploma/ Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Grain Milling, Food Science or Production management
Minimum 2 years' experience in Maize Milling or Agro processing
Strong knowledge on farm operations and raw material management
- Clean class 4 driver's license and own reliable vehicle(for sites and farm visits)
- Excellent leadership, problem - solving ,and communication skills
- Familiarity with AMA,EMA,SAZ and MOHCC, standards and regulations
