Empowering Young Minds: PCCS at the Boys Brigade Camp

The PCCS team had the privilege of attending the Boys Brigade Camp held in Vumba at Chenziwa Scout Camp. We were honored to facilitate a session on the importance of mental health, focusing on substance abuse, its effects, and the possibility of recovery.

Breaking the Stigma
Our team emphasized the significance of prioritizing mental health, encouraging open conversations, and seeking help when needed. We discussed the impact of substance abuse on individuals, families, and communities, and highlighted the importance of support systems in the recovery process.

Reaching Out, Building Hope
The camp brought together Zimbabwean and Zambian nationals, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
