This week we have a guest instructor, Lia Ranucci!

Lia will be teaching:

Lia is a native New Yorker who’s been going to St. Maarten since she was 12years old! Often calling it her Home Away From Home.

Lia’s yoga journey began in 2008 when a close friend introduced her to her very first Bikram class. Immediately she fell in love with the practice.
“I loved the way I was challenged both physically and mentally in every class I took. I loved knowing that I was detoxing my body and my mind.”

With the help of this practice Lia was able to become sober and stay sober 14 years now helping other students face whatever challenges life throws them.

Lia became a hot yoga instructor in 2017. Lia has always been into fitness and health. Being a runner who ran everyday as well as multiple half marathons and one full marathon she believe this practice has helped her achieve her goals.

Lia has also fallen in love with Vinyasa and completed her 500 teacher training online through My Vinyasa Practice, a registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance in 2022.

Since then she has also become certified in Yin Yoga, Mat Pilates, Hot Pilates HIlT as well as Yoga Sculpt.

In this Workshop, you will experience:

1) A short Introductory class to learn about the importance of shadow work, how to face and transform your traumas into personal power, stages of healing, inner child healing, integration, spiritual bypassing, and more!

2) Then, you will tap into your shadow and access your Inner child with:

-A guided writing excercise to deeply explore your strengths and traumas that have shaped you as well as your attachment style.

-Guided Meditation to access your Inner child for deep transformative healing.
