Our Toddler&Me studio group exercise classes start the week of March 9. SWIPE for the timetable!

💜 Why exercising as a toddler mum matters…
✔️ Supports pelvic floor recovery
✔️ Supports core strength safely
✔️ Improves energy, mood & confidence
✔️ Helps ease aches and pains from feeding and carrying
✔️ You can exercise while your toddlers are with you (turn exercise into quality time) and they can join in too! (we have toddler cuddling volunteers on hand to help) 💕
When your child sees you exercising, they learn that movement is a normal, enjoyable part of life. Strong mums raise strong kids! You also get the opportunity to build community with other mums and your kids can make friends.
💜 All FitRight exercise classes include:
✔️ Pelvic floor exercises
✔️ Mobility and stretching
✔️ Cardio training (high intensity doesn’t have to be
high impact)
✔️ Resistance exercises for arms and legs with
functional movements
✔️ Safe, effective core exercise progressions
✔️ Women’s health education from physiotherapist
instructors
All classes are run by physios with extra training in
women's health and are therefore health-fund
rebatable.
