We are so happy to have Paula in the studio sharing Iyengar Yoga! 💛 Did you know that Paula is one of our core teachers? Sharing weekly classes on Monday 4pm & 6pm and Tuesday 7am.

Whilst Vera is away, Paula will teach on Tuesdays 10am 💛🙏

Iyengar yoga can be a powerful tool for transformation- or you can simply come to enjoy the freedom of movement and stretching.

In each class we aim to develop clear and continuous attention to the mind, breath and body.

Yoga is a meditation in action and has been known to lower anxiety, reduce sleeplessness and improve concentration.

Steph has a lot of knowledge of the human body as a nurse and incorporates that into her classes. Steph makes sure that all students feel safe and cared for!

Alice’s classes are available to everyone. She integrates the elements in her practice and there is a focus on the sensations within your body.

Her love for yoga is in its ability to bring us into the present moment and to continuously evolve with the exploration of this human experience.
