The Reconnected offer a free 5 day Breathwork and Nervous System Reset every January. This will be the 3rd year I've taken part in it. You'll get to experience a gentle and safe intro into a breathwork practice, they also offer amazing information about the nervous system and regulation. I did this on a whim 3 years ago with no expectations, what I got from it was life changing.

I often tell my clients about the power that breathwork had on my life and to consider exploring it in between kinesiology sessions. For me it regulates my nervous system like nothing else. 💖💖

It seems the nasty bugs are running through town again, I've just got another shipment of Homeopathic First Aid kits, these hold 36 remedies that can be used at home in first aid/acute settings. Things like cold and flu symptoms, stomach flu and upsets, wound healing, teething in infants, reflux, insomnia, food poisoning, puncture wounds, shock...... the list goes on.

I have 3 kits in stock, they are $110 each. They come with a little guide book on how to use this medicine and what remedies are used for etc.

I also stock The Home Prescriber, by Isaac Golden, I highly recommend these books, they are set out well and user friendly with excellent and concise information. These are $15.

Does anybody else sit in the car in the driveway when they get home and just not go inside for ages? It's one of my favourite things to do, esp in winter as the cars so warm, I might make a phone call, listen to a song, check messages. In this case I was listening to a song and now I'm writing a post.

I think I Iove it so much because once I go inside I know jobs are waiting for me in there, the car is like warm cocoon, it's a brief pause, a break, freedom maybe, peace ...?

Beautiful winters day, perfect for a spontaneous pool plunge, I didn't realise how much I needed this 💙! I've had a lovely 2 weeks off during school holidays hanging out with the kids and enjoying where we live, looking forward to seeing clients again.

Next clinic day at The The Barn Cobargo is Friday the 28th of June, I'm doing a full day so have a few more appointment times available.
