These Workshops are for women wishing to feel empowered on their pregnancy journey.

Sit, laugh, share, craft, and connect with other pregnant women in these workshops while we share the information and services/support you may be seeking.

This week we will explore how we can be strong and determined, yet flexible and yielding. We will be crafting a Goddess Eye, discussing Birth Maps, hearing an empowered birth story from a local woman, and snacking on some really delicious foods.

Join Beth and I for our second Women's circle of 2023 celebrating Valentine's Day ❤
This isn't going to be a couple's event, rather an opportunity to connect back to yourself and Self love again.
You can come if you are single, you can come if you are in a relationship, it honestly doesn't matter!
We will be moving through gentle Yoga practices, Breath Work, Meditation, Cacao, Oracle cards, Movement and Journalling, to reconnect you to your beautiful heart, and to help you to shine some of your love back on yourselves.
This session is open to all women who would like to participate in a special ritual, even if you haven't don't anything like this before!
All of the practices will be beginner friendly.
Just come with an open mind and heart and we will hold space for you.
