The word Reiki comes from the Japanese and the definition of Reiki is 'Universal Life Force Energy'. Reiki is a non-intrusive system of natural healing, involving the laying-on-of-the-hands of the9ish practitioner and channeling the energy through one's own body so it can be received by another. Reiki works on all levels - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. This energy flows through the body restoring health and harmony and balancing your energy system. Seichim Energetic Healing
Seichim is a living light energy meaning it is different and higher vibrational energy than Reiki. It connects with Heaven and Earth, which is a very grounded energy, very beneficial for working with emotional and mental levels of concerns, as well as that higher spiritual connection. Seichim comes from the Egyptian word Sekham, which means 'The Power of Powers'. Seichim is ancient and sacred and goes far back as Atlantis. The application of Seichim are the same as Reiki, where it is received by the practitioner through their crown chakra, out of their hands and into the person's body. What does a Reiki / Seichim healing session look like? The client is fully clothed laying on a massage table, and comfortably covered. The practitioner will lightly place their hands on the body in a series of positions, the energy is then directed out through the palms of the hands into the person receiving. A very gentle and pleasurable therapy that offers comfort, nurturing and support for the good health and and balance of your mind, body and soul. Access Consciousness
Access Consciousness first began in 1990 and was founded by Gary Douglas. A global movement that transforms lives with simple yet profound tools and an energy process called 'The Bars'. The Bars are the foundation of Access and the purpose is to teach people that they can actually receive. The Bars session involves a practitioner lightly touching 32 points on the head that correspond to aspects of one's life. There are points for money, control, creativity, sadness, joy, body and sexuality, healing, hopes and dreams, peace and calm and more. The process is called the bars because they literally run from one side of the head to the other. By gently touching these points, we release all the accumulated thoughts, emotions, feelings and judgments one has had in relation to the aspect. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change. In essence having your Bars run creates a lot more clarity and ultimately consciousness. How does it get any better than that? Access Body Processes

What is Emmett Therapy? Emmett Therapy is a bodywork therapy designed by therapist Ross Emmett to provide fast relief from pain and discomfort, which leads to an improved healthy life. The Emmett technique uses a combination of light finger pressure and gentle switches to release specific muscle groups which will enable the person's body to return to its balanced state.
