First Nations Bridge to Care is locally owned and 100% Indigenous service, culturally appropriate and community involved targeting a range of holistic services for Individuals, children, families and communities, ensuring connections to families, extended Kinships, community and culture.
The objectives of the company are to provide support, advocacy and education to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander families to reduce the likelihood of involvement in statutory systems. Our service also provides Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants living with a disability support, products, and services, to provide them with the same level of engagement and opportunity as the rest of the community.
Our goal is to ensure that Individuals, families and communities are made aware of the services and supports that can be offered and delivered under the NDIS. We aim to provide a personalised customer service and supports, that caters to our participants unique circumstances.
