In deep appreciation for Emily Hess 🌸

To teach alongside Emily in Ikaria again this year was something I will hold in my heart dearly. Her wisdom, grace, and joy ripple through every space she enters - a true teacher and a radiant soul who continues to inspire my path.

As a mentor and friend, she embodies the essence of this work: gentle, grounding, and always expansive. My deepest gratitude to both Emily and Peter for the incredible foundations they have laid - and for the opportunity to walk this path beside them 🙏

I’m already looking forward to what’s ahead - hosting our next Germany Retreat together in the second half of July 2026, with the Peter Hess® Institute, and an exciting new chapter in 2027: our Art of Living Retreat in Ikaria. Everything is vibration ✨

These words are a beautiful reflection of the essence of sound work. Everything around us - and within us - is in motion. From the rhythm of our breath to the resonance of the earth, life expresses itself through vibration.

When we engage with sound consciously, we don’t just hear it - we feel it. The harmony of Singing Bowls, Gongs, and overtone instruments has a way of uniting the parts of us that feel scattered, and reconnecting us to the shared pulse of life. It is in this harmony that we find balance, calm, and presence 🙏
